Get latest values for multiple signals
GET/signals/latest
Returns the latest available value for each requested signal.
The latest value is independent of any time range and represents
the most recent value currently available.
Transient signals have no stored time series and therefore no latest value; they are
reported with a populated error field instead, without affecting the other signals
in the same request.

Unauthorized — the bearer token is missing, expired or invalid, or carries no role. Errors raised by the security aspects contain an ErrorDto body; requests rejected by the security filter chain may have an empty body.
Forbidden — the authenticated user lacks the required role or access rights.
