Get effective user rights of a node
GET/nodes/:nodeId/effective-rights
Computes for every user the effective access right on the node, combining directly assigned user rights with rights inherited through their groups. Returns one entry per user that has any effective right, noting the node it was inherited from.

Unauthorized — the bearer token is missing, expired or invalid, or carries no role. Errors raised by the security aspects contain an ErrorDto body; requests rejected by the security filter chain may have an empty body.
Forbidden — the authenticated user lacks the required role or access rights.
